Take a bland, builder-grade room and transform it into a moody space for work and entertaining.
For example, this room, originally designed as either an office or a dining room, has been repurposed to do both. Inspired by my love of whimsical fantasy novels and Parisian flair, this room has a variety of eye-catching pieces in every corner.
The walls are covered with family treasures, life-inspiring books, pieces of art that move me, and a host of other hidden gems.
It took some time to convince Spencer that painting our walls black was a good idea. But now that it’s all said and done, he would say it’s his favorite room in the house!
