The Re-doers

  • Handyman

This is my side gig. I’m here to cut the wood, build the things, paint the walls (and ceilings?!?), and make sure that Lisa’s ideas stay on track.

I’ve got a background in athletic administration and that means we’ve moved quite a bit. Lisa has built a reputation for packing, moving, designing, and living within a few months. Her quick and efficient management style has helped our family make eight moves with very little hiccups. We work well together - she’s the planner and executor, and I’m the muscle.

  • Art Designer

I have been getting my hands dirty since I was in diapers. I am fearless when it comes to trying new things and making something inspiring.

I have made signature glitter colors, Jackson Pollock-inspired paintings, and may (or may not) have tried to spray paint my room. My true passion lies in make-up and hair, but for the time being, I’m channeling my artistic eye to help my mom create some beautiful, one-of-a-kind pieces.

  • Tech Guru

I’m only here because my mom said she’d pay me to fix her computer issues. But now that I’m taller than her, it seems like I’m being asked to do a lot more things around the house - like moving couches and holding up pictures too high for her to get a good look at otherwise.

I love all things anime. My mom has always been inspired by the simplistic and detailed aesthetic of the Japanese culture. She and I like to argue about who inspired whom in that passion.

  • Founder, Aesthetic Director & Designer

I’ve been in love with spatial design and architecture since I was a child. While all my friends were asking their parents for Seventeen and Tiger Beat magazines, I was asking for Architectural Digest and Builder Magazine. Fall was my favorite time of year because that meant we would rake leaves - code for designing floor plans in the yard.

Over the past few years I have started to gravitate back to this passion and have now decided to build something uniquely tailored to what I do best - design and source.

  • Creative Specialist

I would describe my style as artsy-fartsy with a minimalist perspective. My children always joke that I love everything miniature sized - but really, I just like things to work functionally for the life I live.

After spending over 30 years in the hospital administrative and food distribution, I retired back to my hometown of Columbus where I have enjoyed reacquainting myself with the wonderful art world that inspired me as I grew up.

I am a talented stained glass artist and am now spending my retirement years learning new art forms like water color, dot painting, and refurbishing old furniture. I’d like to think that my love for aesthetics influenced my daughter & Founder, Lisa. We are having such a fun time making the world around us beautiful!
