Hi, I’m LisaFounder of Redo the Done
My path here has been intuitive rather than traditional. I’ve always been drawn to pieces with history: how a well-made chair holds decades of dinners, how a quilt carries a family’s hands, how the right things in the right place help people feel welcomed, connected, and at ease.
Before founding Redo the Done, I spent years in higher education and alumni relations, creating environments and experiences that brought people together. I loved that work, but I wanted to trade working at scale for working one-on-one, with real people and the homes and things that matter to them. Those instincts still guide everything I do.
I’m hands-on by nature. Every week I buy, clean, refurbish and sell vintage and antiques through my booths at HHAM, Eclectiques and Peddler’s Junction, my Tuesday Shop Drop, and my online shops. That means I know what things are worth, what sells, and where each piece will find the right buyer. And with a designer’s eye, I can help you keep the pieces that will make your next home feel like yours.
Downsizing is rarely about the stuff. It’s about decades of memories and a hundred small decisions. I move at your pace, tell you honestly what’s worth selling, treat every piece with respect, and make sure the rest finds a good next home, whether that’s a new buyer or a donation to Volunteers of America.
Redo the Done is for people ready to lighten the load without losing what matters. Let’s write your next chapter together.

downsizing: Frequently Asked Questions
-
Vintage, antique and quality pieces with resale value: furniture, art glass and pottery, brass, sterling silver, lighting, art, quilts, and collections of every kind. I’ll tell you honestly what’s worth selling and what’s better donated. I don’t take linens, mattresses, particleboard furniture or hazardous materials.
-
I price, photograph and sell your pieces through my antique mall booths, my weekly Shop Drop and my online shops. When a piece sells, I keep a commission (see Services page for tiered rates) and you receive the rest. Payouts are sent monthly, with a simple report showing what sold and for how much.
-
Most pieces sell within 60 to 90 days, depending on the item and the season. Anything that hasn’t sold by then is returned to you, reduced in price, donated to Volunteers of America - you choose at the start. You’ll get a simple report of what sold and for how much.

Yes. Many of my clients are adult children managing a move from a distance. I can walk the home with you by video, send photos as we sort, and keep a clear list of what’s being kept, sold and donated, so you always know where things stand without making the trip.
